We recently selected SPM as Project and Construction Managers to deliver and facilitate over 560sqm2 in base building upgrades, for our recently acquired Head Office space in Darlinghurst.  The levels of dedication of all of the team were above expectation and management were certainly very hands on, always making themselves available to get the job done on time. ‘Sheridan occupied an entire floor of the building, and our aim was to divide this into two separate and independently operating tenancies.

This work involved constructing a sound-proof inter-tenancy wall, changing the design and operation of all facilities (electricity, air-con, security etc), demolishing/erecting offices, and managing the move of the 100-strong Sheridan team from occupying the whole floor, to only 60% of the floor, in addition to gaining and observing all the regulatory approvals for a Heritage Listed Building.

This not being a core competence of ours, we were recommended to Sherington Project Management.

The project was completed ahead of time, on budget, and most importantly - in a way that maintained great relations with all Sheridan people on site.
