Screen Australia engaged SPM to complete and deliver the fit out of their new Head Office, in a heritage listed Building at 45 Jones Street Ultimo.
Having completed their previous head office Refurbishment out in Woolloomooloo, Screen again had confidence in engaging SPM with high expectations and an assurance that new works would be completed to the same exacting standards as previously.
The design and the delivery of the new premises is a seamless fusion of interactive , creative and collaborative zones embedded into the heritage fabric of the building creating a dramatic presence of space and light with a soaring saw tooth roof structure.
Adjoining the open plan reception area , a theatre was constructed for the exclusive use of launching special events and pilot productions. Providing a truly unique experience for artists and financiers supporting Australian Drama.
