‘Sheridan occupied an entire floor of the building, and our aim was to divide this into two separate and independently operating tenancies.

This work involved constructing a sound-proof inter-tenancy wall, changing the design and operation of all facilities (electricity, air-con, security etc), demolishing/erecting offices, and managing the move of the 100-strong Sheridan team from occupying the whole floor, to only 60% of the floor, in addition to gaining and observing all the regulatory approvals for a Heritage Listed Building.

This not being a core competence of ours, we were recommended to Sherington Project Management.
